We take the time to listen to your fears and concerns and appreciate if you feel the need to bring a family member or friend to your first interview. Often this is very helpful as new clients have hundreds of different thoughts milling around in their heads and are often incapable of taking in so much new information. It is therefore very helpful to have a companion to listen to the information with you and we will provide you with a list of items you need to follow up and take you through the processes step by step.We often see clients for the first time who have heard different stories from friends and family and have a distorted perception of how family issues are dealt with through the court process. We will help you to understand your family issues in the context of the legal procedures through mediation and the courts.
