The Patents Institute is one of the few firms in Israel that chose to see the intellectual property field in a different light from the conventional way. On the one hand, it seems that patent firms choose to specialize only in one area of intellectual property, namely just drafting patents and often in a narrow patent field. However, in the field of patents our firm has the goal to give full services in the patent field, all concerning the promotion of patents in their different stages and in order to offer the best level of legal skill. We combine innovation skills, promotion in the commercial arena, negotiations, contract drafting, and international managements and making connections between parties. It goes without saying that we cater for the well known primary services, such as searching for prior art, patent drafting and editing, provisional PCT applications, and national patent applications.
