Ozsubasi Homes Ltd has been established in the construction industry in Turkey since 1992, originally with offices in the regional city of Aydin but since 2004 also in Altinkum, Didim on the Aegean coast. Although we are also estate agents offering properties for sale from other builders, our main business is building quality homes in great locations around Altinkum and marketing them ourselves. This website is to showcase our own build apartments and villas. Buying direct from the builder means that there is no commission to pay which can mean a considerable saving.
