SURYA ISSPAT formally launched itself into the field of steel business in the year 1995 as a steel trader in Bhopal, by the name Sun Steels and this firm existed in the marketplace only till 2004. The story of existence and extinction in this case was something that was not so obvious to happen in any of the business stakes so soon. But surely, this one being my own learning acquisition had left an indelible impression on my mind and at the same time created a compelling case for myself to get out of the trading business not because the venture was no longer profitable / lucrative over these years but the quality of steel that was supplied to me from the backhand manufacturers was losing its worth due to declining quality standards day by day. It was not my principle to harness the benefits from the compromised product quality and my conscious didn't allow me to offer the same to my customers, who had a strong faith in me not as an individual player but also as the owner of an enterprise largely known for its fair dealings, transparency and ethical ways of workings.
