In my current role I’ve been involved with a multitude of organizational types at all levels from senior executive management to end-users to develop corporate objectives and business cases, technical designs with technology teams, project charters and implementation plans, the execution of project delivery, and the ongoing customer support required through escalation management involving clients and vendors. I`ve also been a critical component internally at my organization in developing new business processes and working closely with both sales and marketing teams to develop new strategies to maintain a corporate competitive advantage in our market space and increase revenues.
