We are based out of Virginia Beach, Virginia and Cape Cod, Massachusetts, but our Military Lawyers travel worldwide to provide highly experienced, attentive representation for our clients. For military members, we provide representation in courts-martial, administrative boards, nonjudicial punishment, and other administrative actions. In particular, we specialize in defending military members accused of sexual assault (Article 120, UCMJ) and drug use (Article 112a, UCMJ). We also represent individuals who are facing the denial or revocation of their security clearances. We work with our security clearance clients to rebut or mitigate the issues that have raised a concern about their reliability and trustworthiness to safeguard classified information.
