Caffeinated started out of frustration with the existing service provider(s) I was working with. The level of service and lack of
relationship and understanding the providers had with the clients left a bad taste in my mouth. I knew the fundamentals of good service was to build a lasting
relationship with clients and to understand their values and goals. I wanted to deliver a marriage of I.T. with those values and goals with similar values and goals. Technology is an every changing and exciting
environment to be in. I want to deliver a service based on a foundation of trust, loyalty, and deliverability which can expand across the country. We are a very fluid company wherein we are constantly learning and growing as a best in class company while maintaining a foundation built on strong morals, values, and relationships.
