At Value Online Recruitment, we are able to help our clients fill vacancies of all kinds anywhere in the UK. We provide a fully managed service designed to work with clients throughout the whole of the recruitment process unlike many online recruitment companies who simply offer an advertising service, leaving the clients to manage all the applicants and CVs, many of whom will not meet the qualifying criteria for the role on offer. At Value Online Recruitment, we deal with all of the applicants, providing our clients with a shortlist that they can then sign off; we will also organise the interviews and should a client wish, do some of the interviewing on their behalf.
